The Core  – With guest Sue Hitzmann

In this webinar I team up with one of the most dynamic and exciting individuals on the fascia/movement/anatomy scene in the world. Sue Hitzmann.  Sue is a legend of the movement and bodywork world, having created her own system of movement therapy known as the MELT method.  Her knowledge of the human body as an integral structure is second to none and she is as at home talking about the psoas as she is about the intricacies of the human spirit.

In this session we’re going to be looking at the thorny subject of ‘The Core.’  Core stability is something we’ve all heard of, but the idea of a single core is something that remains an anathema to many of us.  So how have we got to the place of talking about something which might not even be anything more than a myth? What does everyone mean or think about when they talk about it, and is there a central truth that we can pin down?

A native New Yorker, Sue is someone who lights up any room she walks into and is a ball of energy and excitement with a depth of knowledge to match.  Time flies when hanging out with Sue and you can guarantee that this webinar will leave you wanting to see more of the living legend that is Sue Hitzmann.

My Pilates students have loved my renewed enthusiasm for dealing with their issues through functional movement.
